The sun hides behind the gray clouds. A lonely breeze brushes against my body as I place one foot in front of the other repeatedly. Often I ponder through the countless miles of road and grass. Step after step. Run after run. Race after race. Some times I pause midway through my stride, coming to a complete stop. I turn back to look at the numerous miles I have run, wondering about my motives. The thoughts will not come and the words will not be produced for some reason. The sun finally unveils it bright smile, enveloping my body in warmth. The world once again becomes alive. I have found my answer. With no doubt, I direct my attention towards the road before me. Step after step. Run after run. Race after race.
